SwipeToolkit

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing the SwipeToolkit Chrome extension or using the SwipeToolkit web service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install the extension or use the Service.

2. Description of the service

SwipeToolkit is a Chrome extension and web platform that provides AI-assisted copywriting, reusable template storage, email validation, and WhatsApp messaging for freelancers and agencies. The extension has a single purpose: to help you create and manage outreach content from your browser.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. If we make changes that materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials confidential and restricting access to your account.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately at legal@swipetoolkit.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Chrome extension usage

When you install the SwipeToolkit Chrome extension, you agree to the following:

  • The extension accesses page content only when you trigger an action (right-click context menu, popup button, or by visiting an Upwork job page where the content script runs). It does not passively monitor your browsing.
  • Selected text and job posting data are sent to our servers for processing and are subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • You may uninstall the extension at any time through chrome://extensions. Uninstalling removes all locally stored extension data from your browser. Account data on our servers is retained until you request deletion.
  • The extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and is subject to the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, distribute, or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
  • Create content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to any person or group.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any content generated through it without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6. AI-generated content

Content generated through SwipeToolkit's AI features is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before sending it to clients or prospects. SwipeToolkit does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your generated output.

7. Payment and billing

  • Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Annual billing options may be available and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwipeToolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute related to the Chrome extension specifically, you may also raise it through the Chrome Web Store support channels. For all other disputes, contact us directly at the email below.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
